This course explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies such as automation, generative AI, data analytics, blockchain, and the Internet of Things are transforming business strategy, operations, and leadership. Students will develop the ability to critically evaluate these technologies’ strategic, organizational, and ethical implications and design actionable strategies for responsible adoption. Topics include AI strategy and governance, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, ethics and regulation, and human–AI collaboration. Through case studies, hands-on exercises, and project work, students learn how to leverage AI and automation to create value, enhance competitiveness, and lead organizations effectively in the intelligent era.
