Today, she supports companies in building modern B2B sales systems, value-based selling, and AI-powered sales coaching.
What Will You Learn in the Workshop?
- Building a Strong Value Proposition
Participants will learn to identify the customer problem, articulate value clearly and persuasively, highlight differentiators from competitors, and structure their own value proposition while receiving feedback. - Creating and Managing a Customer Pipeline
This section covers identifying the right customer profile, methods for building a customer pipeline, pipeline segmentation using the SPANCOP approach, and answering the question: “There is potential, so why isn’t it converting to sales?” A standardized pipeline framework and tracking template will be provided to participants after the workshop. - Professional Preparation for Customer Meetings
Participants will learn how to clarify the meeting objective, develop a proper question set for needs discovery, manage first impressions, meeting flow, closing, and follow-up steps. Each participant will prepare for their real upcoming meeting and receive a meeting preparation template.
