METI Japan Internship Program 2025

Dear Students,

We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the METI Japan Internship Program 2025, a fully funded initiative by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan. This program offers international students and professionals the opportunity to gain practical experience in Japanese companies, fostering cross-cultural understanding and contributing to the globalisation of Japanese businesses.

Program Highlights:

-Duration: Internship periods vary depending on the host company and course.
-Location: Various small and medium-sized enterprises across Japan.
-Support Provided: Round-trip airfare (economy class), daily allowance of ¥3,000, accommodation, and travel insurance.
-Internship Types: Both in-person and online internships are available.

Application Periods:

-Summer Internship: Mid-May to late June 2025.
-Winter Internship: Mid-August to late September 2025.
