Second Call Applications for ERASMUS+ and GLOBAL Exchange Study Mobility Programs

Applications for ERASMUS+ and GLOBAL Exchange Study Mobility Program’s Second Call will be between 12 MAY- 3 JUNE, 2025 until 16:00.

Application 1: The SU exchange application system (exchange.sabanciuniv.edu)

Application 2: Students are required to apply through E-devlet TURNAPortal (https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/) (Only for Erasmus preferences) 
Important: You do not need to submit your Global preferences to TURNAPortal. Only Erasmus preferences should be submitted to the system. 

Important Notes:

• You can apply for both Erasmus or Global countries.
• Second call applications are for ONLY Spring term.
• For Erasmus preferences, please submit your application through our system first. (SU exchange application system) After finalizing your preferences, submit them to E-devlet Portal.
• Since agreement renewal processes are still ongoing, we remind you to check our agreement lists until the application deadline and update your applications accordingly.
• International students should contact suoutgoing@sabanciuniv.edu if they are not able to enter e-gov. system.
