This course provides an overview of historical and cutting-edge research on leadership as well as organizational best practices on developing leadership. The course objectives are to increase students' self-awareness with regard to their own leadership qualities, understand and apply leadership theories, assess and analyze leadership behaviors in others and oneself, recognize and practice effective leadership behaviors. The primary teaching methodology will be experiential learning.
