This course provides an overview of historical and cutting-edge research on leadership as well as organizational best practices on developing leadership. The course objectives are to increase students' self-awareness with regard to their own leadership qualities, understand and apply leadership theories, assess and analyze leadership behaviors in others and oneself, recognize and practice effective leadership behaviors.
