Human Resources Analytics consists of various tools used to better understand and interpret data related to human resources. This course helps students translate HR data into actionable statistical and managerial insights in the workplace. It also prepares students to apply a range of analytical and statistical strategies, enabling them in their future careers not only to analyze HR-related data themselves, but also to collaborate effectively with data analysts and interpret statistical findings produced by others. To achieve this, students will use statistical tools through a series of exercises based on HR metrics. The goal is not only to become proficient with each tool, but also to understand when and how to apply different statistical methods depending on the HR context and the specific problem being addressed.
