The departure point at 4.Levent is the '4. Levent' İETT bus stop, which is 150 meters in front of the entrance of Istanbul Sapphire Mall on Büyükdere Street. It is connected to the Kavacık Bridge and uses the FSM (Fatih Sultan Mehmet) Bridge.

The departure point at Kadıköy is in front of the bookstore next to the Rıhtım Hotel. The vehicle departing from Kadıköy leaves approximately 20 minutes later from GADA CAFE (formerly Simit Sarayı), located across from the Kozyatağı Carrefour parking lot exit.

The departure point at Kurtköy (Metro) is from the 'Mustafa Karuşağı Primary School' İETT bus stop, located approximately 100 meters behind YELKEN BÖREK CAFE (in the direction of Kurtköy). The vehicle departing from Kurtköy Metro also picks up passengers at the 'Kurtköy District Polyclinic' İETT bus stop on Millet Street.
