Applications for Scholarships Provided While Continuing Education

Dear Students,

Applications for the “Scholarships Provided While Continuing Education” offered by our university will take place between June 30 and July 9, 2025.

Students who will apply are kindly requested to prepare the application documents listed below completely to be able to complete their applications within the specified dates.

Applications will be collected via Google Forms. In order for your application to be considered valid, the e-mail address you use to apply must be a Sabancı University institutional e-mail address (…@sabanciuniv.edu).

Access information for the application form will be published on June 30.

Important:

  • * The required documents must be obtained from the e-Government system (e-Devlet) in a barcode-certified format. Applications of students who upload screenshots or incomplete documents to the application system will be strictly considered invalid.
  • * Applications with missing or incorrect documents will not be evaluated, and no additional time will be given to submit the missing information.
  • * International students who do not have an e-Devlet account are required to obtain the relevant documents from the appropriate official institutions in their home country and upload them to the application form.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Documents Related to Family Members and Siblings:

• “Full Detailed Population Registration Sample Document (Tam Tekmil Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği)” obtained via either parent's e-Government account or a document which shows your all family members

• Student certificates for any siblings (other than the applicant) currently continuing primary, secondary, or university education


Documents Related to Your Mother's Financial Status: 
• “Social Security Registration Inquiry Document” obtained from your mother’s e-Government account or a document which shows that your mother is currently working or retired
• Your mother's most recent payroll slip (must be from the last 3 months)
• If your mother is retired (and this is specified in the Social Security Registration Inquiry Document) official monthly pension statements approved by the Social Security Institution (one for each of the last 3 months)
• If your mother owns or is a partner/shareholder in a company; “Companies/Enterprises Registered Under My Name” document from the Ministry of Trade, accessed via her e-Government account or an official document which shows the company information of your mother if applicable.
• If she is a business owner, trader, industrialist, freelancer, or artisan; her “Tax Certificate (Vergi Levhası)” obtained via the e-Government portal

Documents Related to Your Father’s Financial Status: 
• “Social Security Registration Inquiry Document” obtained from your father's e-Government account a document which shows that your father is currently working or retired.
• Your father's most recent payroll slip (must be from the last 3 months)
• If your father is retired, and this is reflected in the Social Security Registration Inquiry Document; official monthly pension statements approved by the Social Security Institution (one for each of the last 3 months)
• If your father owns or is a partner/shareholder in a company; “Companies/Enterprises Registered Under My Name” document from the Ministry of Trade, accessed via his e-Government account or an official document which shows the company information of your father if applicable.
• If he is a business owner, trader, industrialist, freelancer, or artisan; his “Tax Certificate (Vergi Levhası)” obtained via the e-Government portal

Documents Related to Student’s Financial Status: 
• If you own or are a partner/shareholder in a company; “Companies/Enterprises Registered Under My Name” document from the Ministry of Trade, accessed via your own e-Government account or an official document which shows the company information of you own if applicable.
• If you are a business owner or partner; your “Tax Certificate (Vergi Levhası)” obtained via your e-Government account

Documents Related to Housing Rent, Property Ownership, and Deeds:
• For those living in rented accommodation, bank receipts showing proof of rent payment for the last 3 months, with the phrase "Rent/Housing Payment" clearly stated (one receipt per month, a total of 3 receipts). (If there is more than one rental situation for your family and/or yourself, all related receipts must be uploaded.)
• “Property Information Inquiry” document obtained from the mother’s e-Devlet account or an official document from a recognized authority in your country (such as the land registry or equivalent institution) listing any immovable properties owned by your mother
• “Vehicle Registered In My Name Inquiry” document obtained from the mother’s e-Devlet account or an official document from the relevant vehicle registration authority in your country showing any vehicles owned by your mother
• “Property Information Inquiry” document obtained from the father’s e-Devlet account or an official document from a recognized authority in your country (such as the land registry or equivalent institution) listing any immovable properties owned by your father
• “Vehicle Registered In My Name Inquiry” document obtained from the father’s e-Devlet account an official document from the relevant vehicle registration authority in your country showing any vehicles owned by your father 
• “Property Information Inquiry” document obtained from the student’s (your) e-Devlet account or an official document from a recognized authority in your country (such as the land registry or equivalent institution) listing any immovable properties owned by you 
• “Vehicle Registered In My Name Inquiry” document obtained from the student’s (your) e-Devlet account, an official document from the relevant vehicle registration authority in your country showing any vehicles owned by you
