Course Withdrawal Application

Undergraduate students who wish to withdraw from a course must submit their application within the dates specified below.

Application Dates: March 24, 2025, 09:00 – April 25, 2025, 16:30

How to Apply?

 The application steps are as follows:

1. Log in to the Information System (Bannerweb) page.
2. Click on the ''Student & Financial Aid" option.
3. The “Registration” and “Request to Withdrawal Form” steps are followed to complete the application.

 Online Approval:

• Your course withdrawal request will be submitted to the online approval of the course instructor through the system.

• If the course instructor gives an online approval, your request will be processed.
