Graduation Application for 2024-2025 Spring and Summer Semesters

All eligible students must submit a graduation application to ensure a smooth graduation process for the Spring and Summer Semesters of the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Failure to apply, even if all program requirements are met, will result in non-graduation.

Graduation Application Period: March 17, 2025 - May 05, 2025

Who Can Apply?

• Undergraduate and graduate students set to fulfill program requirements by the end of the Spring and Summer Semesters are eligible.
• Previously applied students anticipating completion of the program requirements in the 2024-2025 Academic Year Spring and Summer Semesters must reapply.

Application Procedure:

Graduation applications are submitted through the Student Information System (Bannerweb). Follow these steps:

1. Access the Information System page.
2. Click on "Student  & Financial Aid"
3. Navigate to "Degree Audit and Graduation" and complete the "Graduation Application Form" selecting the graduation period as 202402 - Spring 2024-2025 or 202403 - Summer 2024-2025.

Tracking Graduation:

Monitor your graduation progress via the Student Information System (Bannerweb) with the following steps:

1. Access the Information System  page.
2. Click on the "Student & Financial Aid" menu.
3. Select "Grade Audit & Graduation"
4. Click on "Degree Evaluation (Summary)"
5. Choose the graduation period: 202402 – Spring 2024-2025 or 202403 - Summer 2024-2025.
6. Click the "Generate New Request" button.
