This course provides Executive MBA and MBA students with a strategic, technical, and organizational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its transformative potential in modern enterprises. Participants will explore the foundations of AI, key methodologies including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, as well as the rise of agentic AI systems. Through an integrated approach combining theory, case studies, and practical examples, students will learn how AI technologies have evolved, how they operate, and how they are applied across industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and services. Beyond the technical aspects, the course emphasizes AI's crucial role in enterprise strategy, data governance, and digital transformation. Students will engage with frameworks for AI maturity, ethical AI governance, and responsible deployment, while also examining leadership mindset, organizational models, and change management challenges essential for successful AI adoption.
