This course presents the fundamentals of decision modelling to generate strategic insights. In a world where ambiguity is increasing, strategic insight is critical for managers to take decisions more effectively. To that end, modeling ideas will be discussed via real life case examples. Students will develop themselves while working on a diverse set of optimization and Monte Carlo simulation models.
