Course Withdrawal Application

Undergraduate students who want to have course withdrawal must apply within the following dates.

Application Dates: March 28, 2024 – May 03, 2024

How to Apply?

 The application steps are as follows:

1. Log in to the Information System (Bannerweb) page.
2. Click on the ''Student & Financial Aid" option.
3. The “Registration” and “Request to Withdrawal Form” steps are followed to complete the application.

 Online Approval:

• Your course withdrawal request will be submitted to the online approval of the course instructor through the system.
• If the course instructor gives an online approval, your request will be processed.
