2025 - STUDENTS' ACCESS TO DORMITORY ROOF STORAGE

 

The terms of use of dormitory roof storage in 2025 will be as follows:

 

Dates the Storage Will Be Open   26 May            – 4 June 5 July               – 6 July   25 August       – 26 August

Times the Storage Will Be Open    Between 09:00 and 12:00; A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, B8, B9, B12   Between 13:00  and 16:40; B1, B2, B3 (D1A), B4, B5 (D1B),  B6, B7, B10, B11, B13

 

Storage Terms of Use:

 

Students can only leave their belongings in the storage room of the dormitory building in which they are registered.

Apart from the specified dates and times, dormitory roof storage will not be opened, belongings will not be delivered or received, and access will not be provided.

It is mandatory to fill out the “Dormitory Storage Belongings Delivery Form" during the delivery of items. Without this form, items will not be received or left at the dormitory roof storage.

It is mandatory to show a Sabanci University ID when delivering and receiving items.

Belongings left without permission and without filling out the "Dormitory Storage Belongings Delivery Form" will be immediately treated as waste.

 

For students who intend to receive carriage service;

 

Starting from May 26, 2025, you must make an appointment by calling the extension number 3770 between 09:00 - 16:30 and then make your payment. Even if you have a payment receipt, if you have not made an appointment, the carriage service will not be provided. Cash payments will definitely not be accepted. Please stick to your appointment time.

In the coming days, the online payment link will be added to the storage announcement. Please follow the updated storage announcement on Mysu.

 

The maximum number of items that will be accepted for each student is;

-  2 (two) pieces: Box / Suitcase / Bag            

-  1 (one) piece: Mini Refrigerator – empty and clean 

-  1 (one) piece: Single or Double Sofa – undamaged and in one piece 

No other type of items or materials will be accepted. 

 

Support can be received for the carriage of items for a fee. 

 

Box / Suitcase / Bag Carriage      Fee:    200 TL

Mini Refrigerator Carriage          Fee:    400 TL

Single or Double Sofa Carriage   Fee:    400 TL

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: All items left at Dormitory Roof Storage must be taken no later than November 8, 2025 (Saturday). All items not taken by this date will be considered as waste.
