Horizon Euro MSCA 2025 Conference
Dear Faculty Members and Researchers,
The Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Field Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships - PF) 2025 call will be opened by the European Commission on 8 May 2025 and will close on 10 September 2025. This call aims to support the career development of researchers with doctoral degrees by encouraging international, interdisciplinary/inter-institutional mobility. Individual project applications from all research areas are supported without any limitation on the subject.
At the same time, the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Area Doctoral Networks (MSCA Doctoral Networks) 2025 call will open on 28 May 2025 and will close on 25 November 2025. This call aims to train researchers (doctoral candidates) who have not yet received their doctoral degrees through project proposals to be written in innovative research areas without any subject limitation.
The European Commission is accepting applications for the MSCA Staff Exchange 2025 call, which was opened on March 27, 2025, until October 8, 2025. The Exchange Program aims to ensure the transfer of knowledge, technology and experience between sectors and countries through the exchange of research staff, technical and administrative personnel between Turkey and countries from within and outside Europe.
The “MSCA 2025 Calls Conference”, organized annually by TUBITAK National Contact Points, including all these MSCA calls and more, will be held physically in two different cities this year:
📍 8 May 2025, Thusday – TÜBİTAK Feza Gürsey Conference Room, Ankara
📍 9 May 2025, Friday – Kadir Has University Cibali Campus, D Bl., İstanbul
During both days of the conference:

- MSCA Citizens
Comprehensive information regarding the calls will be shared.
At the conference, a representative of the European Commission – Research Executive Agency (REA) will answer questions by providing direct information, success stories of researchers who have succeeded in previous calls will be presented, and experience will be shared by experts who acted as referees in MSCA evaluation processes.
