Free Vehicle License Plate Recognition System (PTS) Registration for Students Has Started.

Dear Students,

To ensure easier and faster access to the campus parking areas, it is important that you promptly complete your License Plate Recognition System (PTS) registration online through MySU. Completing this process will allow you to enter the campus swiftly from the Main Gate starting from the very first day.

Important Date: The deadline for PTS registration is October 17, 2025.

Important Reminder: If you do not complete your PTS registration, your vehicle will not be allowed to enter the campus as of October 17, 2025.

How to Apply for PTS Registration?

  • Applications must be submitted online via MySU.
    1. MySU / SuFORM / New Form / Services / Vehicle Sticker Form
  • Required documents:
    1. A copy of the front side of the vehicle registration certificate. (If the vehicle is not owned by you or a member of your family, please also provide the rental agreement or a document showing the connection between your family and the company to which the vehicle belongs.)
    2. A copy of the front side of your driver’s license.
  • Your documents will be verified, and your registration in the PTS will be completed accordingly.
