International Students: Immigration Offices Appointment System

As you know, until now, you could visit the Kumkapı office to make changes to your residence permit information, update details such as your education or birth information when necessary, reissue a lost residence permit card, resolve issues in the online residence permit application system, and similar matters by meeting with the relevant authorities.

According to the information we received today, you are now required to make an appointment for these immigration administration procedures. All migration administration offices now require appointments for individual and face-to-face procedures.

When booking an online appointment, make sure you have your e-Government (e-Devlet) password and pay attention to the location of the immigration administration office you select for the relevant procedure.

Only the fingerprinting process can be carried out without an appointment.

We would like to emphasize that this appointment system is a separate application from the residence permit application system, and we remind you that you are still required to submit your residence permit file to us (IRO).
