Project Development and Idea Mining Workshop

In this workshop, participants will discover and develop ideas suitable for their fields using AI-supported methods, and learn how to design these ideas step by step in alignment with the structures of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A and 2209-B programs. 
They will receive guidance at every stage — including idea development, goal setting, method selection, output and impact planning, project summary writing, and budget preparation.

Throughout the process, participants will explore the details that make a difference in project applications, gain a holistic perspective on the evaluation process, and strengthen their own approaches through examples of successful projects.
By the end of the workshop, each participant will have a comprehensive and well-structured project proposal ready for submission.

Having successfully completed her TÜBİTAK 2209-B project, Zeynep Sude Kurnaz founded her company through the SUCool-led BiGG program, securing 900,000 TL investment support from TÜBİTAK.
She will share her personal experiences in project development and entrepreneurship.
