| This combined class and laboratory course complements Materials Characterization in the sense of continuing along the central theme in greater detail. Topics include: a basic overview and general aspects dynamic light scattering; atomic force microscopy; electron spin resonance spectroscopy, solid state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy; Mössbauer spectroscopy, dielectric spectroscopy and impedance spectroscopy.
