VA 431 Introduction to Video Techniques 3 Credits
The emphasis of the course will be upon digital video. The course will introduce the student to video shooting both in a studio and real life environment. The digital capturing, editing and manipulation of both still and video sequences, their mixing with sound, vectors and typography, to be used as video clips, on the web or as part of CD presentations towards finished avis will be the core of this course. The primary software used will be Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
