CONTENT

Fundamentals of electromagnetism. Elektrostatics. Boundary value problems. Magnetostatics. Time-dependent fields and Maxwell's equations. Propagation of electromagnetic waves. Wave guides and resonant cavities.

OBJECTIVE

The students will learn how the laws of electromagnetism follow from relativity and gauge principles; will be able to solve related problems.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • Student will learn how to obtain the laws of classical electroynamics follow from Relativity.
