CONTENT

Provides a non-credit framework for the continuous monitoring and collegial discussion of MA students' thesis research and writing, which they are expected to accomplish under the supervision of a faculty member from the relevant field of their course-work.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • By the end of this course, the students should -have the ability to formulate one's own research question -be equipped with the skills to conduct research on a chosen topic -know how to create data or employ data created by others -complete an MA thesis

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES

1. Develop a thorough knowledge of theories, concepts, and research methods in the field and apply them in research design and data analysis. 5

2. Assess the impact of the economic, social, and political environment from a global, national and regional level. 3

3. Know how to access written and visual, primary and secondary sources of information, interpret concepts and data from a variety of sources in developing disciplinary and interdisciplinary analyses. 5
