Conflict Resolution; International Mediation; Peacebuilding; Turkish Foreign Policy; Foreign Policy Akpınar’s research interests lie in the intersection between conflict resolution and foreign policy with a particular focus on mediation and peacebuilding. She is also interested in the role of non-governmental organizations in peacebuilding and their impact on foreign policy.
