This course will cover basic principles of sensation and perception in vision, audition and other modalities by mainly focusing on the structure and the function of the sensory systems, which will be discussed in terms of how information is processed. Additionally, some of the following questions will be discussed in this course. What are the anatomical structures of the senses? What are the factors which has an effect on these complex processes?
