This course aims to provide insights into the development and workings of the Chinese Economy and its impact on the World. The topics will cover the economic reform process which made China a major player in the World Economy; the current macroeconomic, financial, and industrial environment; the industrial and technological policies; the foreign policy of China. Chinese politics, as well as its culture and history will also be covered as important background elements of economic life. | ||||||||||||||||
