CYBER SECURITY - WITH THESIS MASTER'S PROGRAM (MSCYSEC)

Situated at confluence of computer science, electrical engineering and mathematics, cyber security has emerged as an important discipline as the number and impact of cyber attack and crimes are in constant increase. The cyber security will remain as important for the foreseeable future. Among the current major topics of interest at Sabancı University are:

- Biometrics

- Blockchain

- Computer and network security

- Cryptography

- Cryptographic engineering

- Efficient and secure implementation of cryptographic algorithms in hardware and software

- Data security and privacy

- Software security

- Wireless System Security

The courses may be taken as graduate courses offered by FENS or as 4XX coded undergraduate courses offered by FENS with advisor approval or if the thesis subject of the student necessitates and advisor approves, as graduate and 4XX coded undergraduate courses offered by all faculties at Sabanci University.
