COURSE REGISTRATIONS FOR INCOMING EXCHANGE STUDENTS
Course registration is done on January, 26-27 (between 10:00 a.m. on the first day and 4:00 p.m. on the last day). Access to Information System Course registrations can be done online via Information System. You can enter to Information System via bannerweb.sabanciuniv.edu. The ID number in the acceptance letter will be used as your "User ID" and your birthday as your "PIN". For example, if your student ID is 00016258 and the birthday is the 18th of May in 1985; your user ID should be 00016258 and the password 180585. Sample Animation Course Schedule and Course Selection Course selections can be done by viewing the "Course Schedule" via Information System. Registration Approval from Instructor For registration to courses with Approval Needed from P.In. restriction, can only be done by the approval of instructor. Sample Animation If instructor approves, course registration can be done. The details of the registration override application is displayed in the application list. If registration override is given then "Approve" is displayed, if rejected "Reject" is displayed. Add-Drop Period Course add-drop is done on February, 15-17 (between 10:00 a.m. on the first day and 4:00 p.m. on the last day). Learning Agreements It is student’s responsibility to update and to get the approvals for the Learning Agreement.
