MGMT 308 MIT Sloan Seminars in Management II 1 Credit
308 MIT Sloan Seminars in Management II Students have to complete their assignments and attend the seminars given by MIT Sloan professors at SabancıUniversity. Supporting lectures prior to these seminars are organized by the School of Management. In each semester two or three MIT Sloan professors teach a topic related to their research areas. Some possible areas covered as follows: Global Markets, National Policies and the Competitive Advantages of Firms; Power and Negotiation; Negotiation and Conflict Management; Business Analysis Using Financial Statements; Information Technologies; The Economics of Information: Strategy, Structure and Pricing; The Airline Industry; Supply Chain Planning; Listening to the Customer; Strategic Market Measurement; Innovation and Entrepreneurship: How to Do it.
