At SU, the International Office in Research and Graduate Policy Directorate
coordinates student and faculty exchange programs within and outside of Europe.
International Office activities are:
- Coordination of bilateral exchange programs,
- Preparation of bilateral exchange agreements,
- Promotion of bilateral exchange programs inside and outside of the country,
- Dealing with needs and requirements of the exchange students coming and going abroad,
- Keeping all exchange records of exchange programs.
The Exchange Committee has been established to coordinate the exchange activities

The Committee is responsible for:
- Informing their Faculties/units on the agenda/timetable of student/faculty exchange activities,
- Proposing instructions mainly for student exchange programs' administration,
- Forming a credit and grade transfer systems to facilitate and support student mobility,
- Evaluating the applications and selecting Sabancı University students that are going to participate in the exchange programs,
- Monitoring exchange procedures,
- Representing Sabancı University in related national and international meetings.
